Founder Dave King has a life time of “back to the earth” living through reducing the amount of packaged, preserved foods by fishing,  gardening and hunting.  Dave recently retired from a career in natural resources which allowed him to travel to New Hampshire and Maine, where he discovered the joy of coastal fish markets.  It is this joy that Dave is committed to bringing to inland local markets.
